ID Proof

Valid Photo ID (Aadhar/Voter ID/Driving License for Indian Nationals & Passport for NRI/Foreign Nationals) of guest staying in the Viduthi to be furnished at the time of check in. It will be scanned or photocopied to comply with local laws. One ID per room is required. If details given at the time of booking/stay are incorrect Viduthi Management has every right to cancel the reservation.

Payment

100% payment is to be made at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

The amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 15 days before date of stay, subject to 10% cancellation charges the magamai amount will be refunded. Refunds will be made only by cheque/bank transfer to the person who has paid the advance during booking. No refund for late cancellation

Early check-in & late check-out

Requests for early check-in & late check out may be considered depending on availability. The normal check in time is 12 noon and check out time is 11.59 am next day.

Non-smoking& Non-Alcoholic Zone & No consumption of non-vegetarian food in the premises

The Entire Viduthi premises is a non-smoking and non-Alcoholic area. Cooking is not permitted within the Viduthi premises. Further consumption of non-vegetarian food is not permitted. Any breach thereon will result in eviction.

Number of persons allowed per room

In room with 2 beds, 2 persons (either Adult or child) will be allowed & In room with 5 beds – 5 persons (either Adult or child) will be allowed. There is no provision for Additional beds. Also there is no provision for accommodation in the Hall

Drivers & Servant/Assistants’ stay

There is no provision for stay for Drivers / Servants / Assistants in the Viduthi.

Management Responsibilities

If due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond management control booked room could not be made available, the amount collected for the same will be refunded.

It is the responsibility of occupants of the room to ensure the safe keeping of their belongings. The Management will not be responsible for any loss or theft if any thereon.

Viduthi has CCTV facility at Common areas. Rooms are not covered.

Room Service Facility

There is no room Service Facility in the Viduthi.

Damage or losses caused by the occupant if any

If there is damage or loss to the viduthi’s property or its belongings due to negligence or mishandling by the Occupant or their associates, the management has the full right to recover the loss or cost thereon from the Occupants or the person who has made the booking.

Car Parking Facility

There is no Car Parking Facility within the Viduthi Premises/area. Occupants can park their vehicle at the available places in the vicinity at their own risk and responsibilities.

Safe & Peaceful Stay

We would like all our Guests to have a pleasant stay with us, if any Guest is causing disturbance to fellow Guests/Staff the Management can decide at its sole discretion to evict the troublemaker.

Taxes & Levies

Applicable Government Taxes & Levies if any will be charged extra and to be paid by the guest.
