Valid Photo ID (Aadhar/Voter ID/Driving License for Indian Nationals & Passport for NRI/Foreign Nationals) of guest staying in the Viduthi to be furnished at the time of check in. It will be scanned or photocopied to comply with local laws. One ID per room is required. If details given at the time of booking/stay are incorrect Viduthi Management has every right to cancel the reservation.
100% payment is to be made at the time of booking.
The amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 15 days before date of stay, subject to 10% cancellation charges the magamai amount will be refunded. Refunds will be made only by cheque/bank transfer to the person who has paid the advance during booking. No refund for late cancellation
Requests for early check-in & late check out may be considered depending on availability. The normal check in time is 12 noon and check out time is 11.59 am next day.
The Entire Viduthi premises is a non-smoking and non-Alcoholic area. Cooking is not permitted within the Viduthi premises. Further consumption of non-vegetarian food is not permitted. Any breach thereon will result in eviction.
In room with 2 beds, 2 persons (either Adult or child) will be allowed & In room with 5 beds – 5 persons (either Adult or child) will be allowed. There is no provision for Additional beds. Also there is no provision for accommodation in the Hall
There is no provision for stay for Drivers / Servants / Assistants in the Viduthi.
There is no room Service Facility in the Viduthi.
If there is damage or loss to the viduthi’s property or its belongings due to negligence or mishandling by the Occupant or their associates, the management has the full right to recover the loss or cost thereon from the Occupants or the person who has made the booking.
There is no Car Parking Facility within the Viduthi Premises/area. Occupants can park their vehicle at the available places in the vicinity at their own risk and responsibilities.
We would like all our Guests to have a pleasant stay with us, if any Guest is causing disturbance to fellow Guests/Staff the Management can decide at its sole discretion to evict the troublemaker.
Applicable Government Taxes & Levies if any will be charged extra and to be paid by the guest.
